Technical video issues

There is still one video missing, as it has no sound for the first minutes. I'll likely share this version with my youtube members shortly, and hope to still get this set straight in a way that it can be published or hosted again at Meeting C++ online. Once I had to resort to the online recordings to get the start of the video, other than that there were no larger issues with the recordings.

There is one minor thing I'd like to share with speakers though: last years video crew decided to show the speaker only at the start of a talk, often omitting the title slide for the recordings that way. Which is something I find a little bit annoying as a video editor, but its something I've been trying to address with them for a bit of time. Similar often the slides disappear when questions are asked after a talk, which is unfortunately - especially when slides get discussed. Also not noticing that there is no sound on the main stage online for a few minutes is hard to believe. But these recordings still have a human factor involved, which sometimes leads to errors or difference in recording. Though writing this down helps addressing this for this years conference.
